Shiner
No photo sessions today, so we took Ava out to Legacy Play Village to kick around. Poor little thing got her first black eye two days ago from dancing (and falling down) of all things! Here she is at Legacy with her shiner.

Christmas Cookies
I hosted play group at my house today. The kids were suppose to be decorating Christmas cookies, but they were mainly just dumping sprinkles on the floor and eating icing. I can’t say I blame them- that’s much more fun! We had a great time anyway.
Chicken Dinner
Tonight was my annual birthday chicken dinner at my grandparent’s house. You just can’t beat mashed potatoes and gravy, fried chicken, green beans, homemade rolls, and a fresh carrot cake (my personal fave).
